Anyone who knows me will tell you that I like IT and so I have taken a keen interest in the development of ‘back office, and CRM systems for advisers. The March 2008 edition of Money Management has a 5-page feature by Geordie Clarke on adviser back office systems entitled “CRM of the crop” (you will need to log in to read it online). However, there is a very interesting review on one of my favourite blogs, Fincision, which you can read here. I am a big fan of, and use, online contact management tools in the form of Salesforce and Highrise both of which I will be reviewing in detail soon. There is also an interesting debate on our Forum - feel free to add your own thoughts and comments on the system you use.
