The Paraplanner – On the Road!

After much preparation, we are now able to announce the series of dates when TheParaplanner will be visiting a place near you.  These events will be based on the ‘at retirement’ theme with most of the speakers and discussions focused around that subject.  We have managed to get some top industry speakers and providers to talk to us and give their views so each event promises to be both worthwhile and informative.  In addition there will be a number of exclusives for everyone who attends which we think will be particularly useful for paraplanners!Each event will be a complete day (9.00 am – 5.00 pm) so that we can get as much in as possible and give you plenty of time to meet other paraplanners in your area.

The dates are as follows:

• 6^th October – Birmingham
• 8^th October – Watford
• 10^th October – Newcastle
• 14^th October – Manchester
• 15^th October – Nottingham
• 16^th October – Cambridge
• 17^th October – Edinburgh
• 21^st October – Southampton
• 22^nd October – Bristol
• 23^rd October – Epsom
• 24^th October – London

Standard Life has very kindly been involved and has agreed to hold all the events (with the exception of Newcastle) at their offices.  We thank them very much for their generous support.

In order for the day to be a success we need you to register your interest straight away via the contact form by clicking here.  Spaces will be limited so please register early to avoid disappointment.  Please remember to let us know which location you would prefer.

The agenda for each day will be sent to attendees nearer to the event.

We have tried to make the day as cost effective as possible however there is a small charge to cover lunch and other incidentals and we are asking for a small investment of £10 from each attendee to cover these items.

We are also looking for people to volunteer to be the local organiser for each event so if you would like to help out, please let us know – we would be really grateful.

The events promise to be a great success and we are sure that you will leave motivated and inspired. We have put a lot of work into organising these events for paraplanners and arranging the speakers but now we need your support by coming along and showing that paraplanners really are a force to be reckoned with!

This is the next stage in the rise of the paraplanner and will be a fantastic opportunity for all of us to share knowledge and experience. We look forward to seeing you at one of the events.
